ZPoint FAQ
Q - Can I change my cue word?
A - Yes, easily. Just use a different word, one that generates no emotional response. If you meditate and have a mantra, use that. Or choose a word that makes you feel good when you say or think it. "Yes" is always a good choice.
Q - How long will it take to get results?
A - Everyone is different. Most will get good results right away, some will resist and will take a little longer. By following our program, you should see changes right away. ZPoint is subtle and the changes are gentle but the change will be there. It's difficult to put into words, but you will know it when you experience it. And, I promise you'll like who you will become. You should see major changes within the first 60 - 90 days.
Q - Is the Personal Peace Program structured in a way that brings me better and faster results than working on my own?
A - Yes, the program is designed to release much of the resistance you have to simply enjoying your life and the things that give it meaning. And from this feeling good place, you will learn simple techniques that you can integrate into your life to allow you to be, do or have whatever you want, and this is not an exaggeration.
Q - Is it normal to yawn when I listen to the online recordings or attend a TeleClass?
A - Yes, yawning, watering eyes and or deep sighs are perfectly normal and expected when you use the Process. Some people report feeling a buzzing energetic feeling in different parts of the body after a session. Some people also report feeling nothing, so your experience will be whatever it is.
Q - Is it possible to accidentally release good feelings?
A - Every time you use ZPoint whether on good feelings or bad, you reveal the truth about the situation, person or place that you focus on, and that truth is always one of love or acceptance. So, if you ZPoint someone you have good feelings for, those good feelings are enhanced. You are clearing away what is not real, what prevents you from an even fuller expression of the truth, which is always loving acceptance.
Q - I am not clear about the because and whenever and if statements. Do I have to add something at the end to fill in the blank ? I have run clearing confusion and sabotage of the process and I still don't feel clear about this. Please can you clarify for me as I don't want to miss out on the power of the Process by doing these statements wrong.
A - The really cool thing about these 'fill in the blanks' statements is that we allow the subconscious mind to fill in the blanks for us. Consciously, we don't need to worry about it. Just repeat your cue word and your subconscious mind will find all the because's and 'whenever's' for you automatically and clear them. Think of the ZPoint Process as a piece of technology. You just wind it up and set it loose and it does all the work for you. You just sit back, relax and remember to repeat your cue word.

Q - Can embracing the whole human experience - including all emotions ( which is want I deeply want) be aligned with zpoint, where one "gets rid of" problematic and negative emortions? My experience is that what I resist ( and I resist something when I wish to clear it, don't I?) persists.
A - Yes, this actually does align with ZPoint. What we are actually doing is releasing all of the unconscious resistance we have to allowing ourselves to have what we really want. When we set out to clear an issue we are taking it to the place of balance where there is no resistance. And from this place of non-resistance magical things can happen and without further ado we find ourselves getting what we want. Abraham-Hicks refers to something they call "Vibrational Escrow". This is like a celestial storage depot where everything we've ever asked for is stored, waiting for the time when we stop resisting its flowing to us. Focus on the lack of something and we get THAT. Release our focus on what we DON'T want and our focus shifts to what we do want. Automatically.
Q - I have enjoyed listening and doing the exercises on the CDs but you didn't say how often one should listen to the material and how long? 2 weeks, 4 weeks, etc.
A - Every time you listen to the recordings you affect deeper and deeper layers of unconscious patterns, so the short answer to your question is...listen again and again until the thought of listening doesn't appeal to you. Someone once asked Eckhart Tolle how would they know when they've reached Enlightenment. He answered by saying that you'll know you've arrived when getting there no longer seems important to you. This is the same. :-)
Q - I have just finished listening to the root of fear-class, and listened to the loss-class yesterday. It hurts to hear that everybody bliss out, and that you expect that as natural: that has until now never happened to me. It also stops me from attending - it sucks to be the one who says "it feels like it felt before" while the others feel wonderfully relaxed. I wonder if the reason there is so few attending these classes may be that there is many like me listening where there is mostly no bliss or relaxation. Not that you are responsible for that in any way - please don't get me wrong - it just sucks to be the one who falls outside of expectations.
A - I understand how you feel. Everyone is different and react to these classes in their own particular way. Gary Craig, founder of EFT speaks about this as being energetically reversed and that a percentage of the population is like this. What this means is that you are strongly resistant to simply allowing yourself to fully relax. One of the difficulties is that by focusing on this issue, this resistance, you increase it. May I suggest instead that you simply accept that this is the way things are, for now. It will not always be this way, but for now it's ok to be resistant and that your experience is perfect for you. Today.
Just relax with this and try to see and feel the progress that you've made, and you have made progress. Remember that sometimes baby steps are appropriate and if that be so, then relax into those baby steps. Find ways to be kind to yourself every day. Make it a habit to be good to yourself even if you must do so grudgingly. There is a saying "fake it till you make it". Just relax into this and accept that this is your experience today. Tomorrow may be different, but today you can accept things the way they are.
Q - Grant just finished your session on Financial Abundance wanted to tell you how wonderful that session is. I really enjoy the flow of it and the final portion where you encourage the vision of all our dreams come true, is very effective. You are a genius.
One question, I find myself easily drifting off to another level of consciousness - not sleep but very deep. I actually feel that I'm out of my body at times, but I know that I haven't repeated my cue words during this time. When I come back during portions of the session I do begin my cue work recital, but know I've miss some. Do you feel this is still effective?
A - Yes, I've experienced the same many times as have many others. Remember that with ZPoint we aren't dealing with the conscious mind, but the unconscious one. We set our intentions consciously and then allow the Process and deeper portions of us to carry out the actual work. Going into an altered state facilitates that work whether you remember to say your cue word or not. My suggestion would be simply to sit back and enjoy it. :-)
